Mobile Check In

Check in for your child's session by using the free service at My Mobile Check In:

• Go to My Mobile Check In.

• Select the clinic location you are at after allowing location services.

• Fill the open fields regarding your child’s appointment and submit through ‘Check In’ button.

• Make sure to include the make, model and color of your vehicle
